Gluten Free Rolled Oats or regular rolled oats
25g
Almond Butter
15g (1 T)
Organic Chia Seed
5g (1 tsp)
Almond Milk
180 ml
Vanilla Protein Powder Nutritional Booster scoop from the bag
2 scoops
Banana sliced
1/2

HOW TO COOKつくり方

  • In a Mason jar, add almond milk and protein powder and mix well with a fork or spoon.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the jar.
  • Top with lid and close tightly.
  • Shake well.
  • Put in refrigerator overnight and enjoy for breakfast the next day!
