HOW TO COOKつくり方

  • In a small bowl put the quick oats and 118 ml of water. Allow to soak for 10 minutes, set aside.
  • Put into a blender the 118.295 ml cold water and vegetable oil; blend well for 1-1/2 minutes. Pour mixture into a bowl and add the flours, soaked oatmeal, salt, and brown sugar. Mix well, knead and let rest 10 minutes.
  • Divide dough in half. Roll out thinly on parchment paper or waxed paper, cut into squares. Put on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, watch carefully to prevent burning.
  • Makes about 6 dozen crackers.
